This policy describes how VisiScan (a product by AMV Solutions) handles information when you use the free AI Visibility Scan at https://visiscan.amvsolutions.online/law-firms.

What we collect

• The website URL you submit. We fetch the public pages of that URL to run the scan.
• Scan results. The score, checks and findings produced by the scan, stored so you can request the full report.
• Your email address — only if you choose to request the full report. Providing it is optional; you can see your score without it.
• Basic analytics (page views, scan events) via Google Analytics (when configured) and Microsoft Clarity, and advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel when you arrive from a Meta ad.
• UTM and click parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, gclid, fbclid) present in the URL you arrived from, so we can measure which channel a scan came from.
• Cookies set by the analytics and advertising tools above, and a first-party identifier used for measurement.

How we use it

To run the scan, generate your AI Visibility Score, deliver the full report to the email you provide, measure which marketing channels drive scans and leads, and — only if you opt in via the marketing checkbox — send occasional VisiScan updates and AI visibility insights.

Retention

Scan results and lead records are retained for as long as needed to deliver the report and support your inquiry, and are subject to periodic purge of personal data no longer needed for those purposes.

Third parties

We use the following processors: Resend (email delivery of the report), Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (analytics), Meta (advertising measurement, when applicable). We do not sell your information.
